Laura’s commitment to helping people has always been the driving force in her life. She qualified as a doctor and chose to specialise in General Practice so that she could build relationships with her patients and help them with their long term needs. She has, in her medical practice, a particular focus on both mental health and women’s health. With almost 20 years experience she approaches coaching with the same core ethos as she has always had: making people’s lives better.

For the last 12 years of her medical practice she has been working privately. The additional time that this allows with patients has provided an opportunity to assist with far more than strictly medical needs. Her role has transcended that of a mere medical professional and given her the tools to become the Life Coach that she now is.

CAREER

For the last 12 years of her medical practice she has been working at one of the leading private GP clinics in London. The additional time that this allows with patients has provided an opportunity to assist with far more than strictly medical needs. Her role has transcended that of a mere medical professional and given her the tools to become the Life Coach that she now is.

LIFE

As a mother, Laura is familiar with the ever increasing demands of work and family life. She understands the particular needs of parents trying to manage every aspect of their lives.

Laura continues to practice as a medical professional and her role as a Life Coach is strictly limited to non-medical guidance and support.

In her spare time, Laura loves travelling to sunny climes, cooking, long walks with her dog and spending time with family and friends. She can most often be found at the side of a sports pitch watching her son play a whole host of sports!
